The expectation was that the oil change would take 1 hour. It took over 1 1/2 hours with no updates. There was no tire rotation because it was a Camaro, so a simple oil change should not have taken that long, especially with an appointment.

1) Nick’s communication was terrific 2) I have had multiple situation occur again since the repairs so I am not confident=ces that was the problem (or the only problem). It goes away very quickly so I have not been stranded like last time. 3) My default dash settings no longer stay on the item I selected. It now always changes to odometer. 4) This may not be related, however, my USB connect in the console no longer connects

We have been happy with our experience. Purchasing my car was a very simple, quick process to which we really liked. However, car was not very clean when we purchased it, they really didn’t clean it up. When we picked it up from having a few light scratches taken care, we were a little disappointed to find it dirty and not washed. We have concluded they don’t like cleaning up vehicles. Outside of that, no real complaints

Brought truck in for new tires for 10am appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early, yet they did not get the truck in till 11am. I know, I walked past it outside walking to lunch at a local restaurant. Also tires and rims were left sticky and dirty from the tire change, could use at least a pressure washer or something to clean them off.

I have a 2012 Buick Regal Premium 3 with 40,000 miles. The tires were leaking quite often and the breaks were pulling. Got a great deal on new tires and it turned out that all of the rotors were warped. Miller was able put on the rotors and break pads, as well as the tires in the same day. Great job!! Online appointment not recognized. Had to call in. Description of questions for appointment not listed correctly. Able to get an oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely manner. Labor cost of $200 was offered to replace a cracked bed light. I replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes.

Service techs recommended a new cabin air filter, which seemed like a good idea. When they returned my truck the glove-box door would not stay closed. This seemed minor, but I decided to go back and have them check it out. Well, it turned out to be a little more than a simple fix, but the service rep and technician were both very understanding and helpful and they were able to get it put back together in just a few minutes. Thanks for the extra effort!

I had my 2020 Silverado serviced at Miller on 7/8/25. Oil change and tire re-balance and rotation. Was told to expect a two hour wait for the service which was no problem. Was notified after 90 min that the truck was ready. Miller provides excellent service.

The man who checked my car in didn't explain what he was doing. He got in my car and drove it forward to check stats so I started to walk into the office and he called me back to sign a paper. He was not friendly at all. This was only my 2nd time there and I wasn't sure what to do or where to go. I was a fish out of it's water. Didn't like the way he treated me.

Had an appt. for oil change and tire rotation, which I always get serviced at this dealership. When I went to drive home, my truck started making loud rattling noises, so I pulled back into the service dept. As I got out of my truck, I noticed that it was leaking quite a bit of oil. A technician was called over to look at the issue and it was discovered that the new oil filter was missing the o-ring. They replaced the oil filter and cleaned underneath the hood, as oil splattered all over. As I drove home, I smelled burning and smoke coming out of my hood, as I pulled into my neighborhood. I immediately called the service dept and left a voicemail. I did hear back and was told that they de-greased as best they can. I told him that we are headed out of town this weekend and asked if I should be concerned. He said no. I have always have good service and the employees are very polite and respectful. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service, just a little uneasy about this incident. I was refunded the full amount, which was not necessary, but appreciated.

I purchased the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado on 2/5/25 from Miller Chevrolet. I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation, which was no cost and included in my purchase, via online. Everything went good with the service part of my visit BUT since this was my very first visit back to the dealership with the truck, I was not asked if I had any questions or concerns with the truck which some of your customers would bring up but those customers like myself, prefer to be treated with a little more customer service, by your service technicians. To earn a great review in my opinion, your service department needs to treat new customers, like myself, with more concern for the vehicle that I drive than just another service appointment.

The part came in much earlier than expected and the total cost for the part and installation was much lower than I was quoted… such a great thing. I had the same service writer as when I came in before, which was also nice. Everything went smoothly.

I went in for an oil change and to have my driver side window looked at for functioning issues. I was dropped off at work by Miller Chevrolet, and within an hour and a half received a call that my car was ready. Oil change was done, but window apart was needed to be ordered. Somebody came to pick me up. I paid for my oil change and went on with my day.

I had no issues scheduling an oil change and tire rotation. I needed a specific time as my son does not live within the proximity and wanted to get it done while he stayed with us. The previous facility would not perform the oil change as they said the nut on the oil filter cap was stripped. I came in in advance by about 2 weeks and ordered the part from the service desk so it could be changed during the service. Unfortunately the part was never ordered but the mechanic was able to perform the oil change anyways. I was some what disappointed as the whole reason we scheduled with Miller was to have the part replaced during the service.

I booked my service appointment for an GM Dexos oil change and a tire rotation online through an email for the first time. There was a "special" price for the combination service. The service technician found several cracked wheel lug nuts and recommended the lug nuts be replaced as well as an air filter. I had both additional issues corrected. It was nice that the service only took a couple of hours to complete.

When I brought my car in for service I went to the check in station and there was another customer ahead of me. He seemed to be taking a long time as I waited. My husband went to another station as there were quite a few employees standing there. One employee pointed to another guy and said he does check in for oil changes. He eventually helped me get checked in. He did apologize for the wait. This had never happened before so I was quite surprised.

Brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. There were also 2 open recall services needed.Fine. When I picked it up it did not appear that the tire rotation or inspection happened so I called and was told to bring it back. I did. Then I wasn’t called or texted that it was done but when I came to pick it up it was outside back and appeared complete. When I got home, I realized I didn’t get the multi-point inspection report (I wanted to know tire tread depth and brake wear status) so I called and left a voice message for Alec S. as he was the one who told me to bring it back. Never got a response. Disappointed.

This is specific to the installation of the tonneau cover by the service department, not the sales experience with Alex. Alex was great. I'd give the service department zero stars if I could. We were in the dealership to purchase a 2026 Silverado LTZ. We had completed the purchase and were informed the tonneau cover we wanted was in stock and that installation would be 40-60 minutes. Jesse called the service department to confirm they had capacity to do it. He was told the person that was going to perform the work was one of the most experienced technicians and would be done quickly. We elected to have it installed and wait for it to be completed. Our son was at a musical theater rehearsal and needed to be picked up in about 2.5 hours and was only 10 minutes from the dealership. Plenty of time, right? Not so much. After more than an hour we asked Alex to check on how much longer it was going to be. He checked and was told something like 20 more minutes. Half an hour later Jesse walked by and was surprised to see we were still there. We told him the process was taking longer than promised. So he went back to check on it. Turns out the service department put a brand-new technician on it and it was taking MUCH longer than expected. But he was also told it would be another 20 minutes or so. At this point we were running out of time to wait. Twenty-minutes came and went and no truck. We had Alex check on it again. Again was told it was nearly complete. Then we found out that one of the bottles of adhesive had "exploded" and needed to be cleaned up and the truck run through detailing again so it wouldn't dry sticky on the truck where it wasn't supposed to be. In the end the "40-60 minute" install took roughly three hours. We were late picking up our son and nearly missed getting him dinner and enough time for him to get ready to make his call time that evening. I find it utterly ridiculous that we had just spent $65,000 at the dealership and the service department couldn't be bothered to complete the work as promised. The service department turned an otherwise decent purchasing experience into a disaster. Absolutely nothing about the Miller Chevrolet Service Department says "Repeat Customer". Over the next year we at least one more car (and maybe two) to purchase as our kids are going to college and we need to replace my wife's current 2024 Equinox that one of them is taking to school. We will NOT be going back to Miller Chevrolet. We'll continue doing business with Friendly Chevrolet in Fridely, MN. They have always given us excellent service and have definitely earned our business over the disaster that was the Miller Chevrolet Service Department.

For a first time truck buyer from Miller's dealership. Less than 4 months my high country needed to be towed to dealer. I had to call multiple people to find out what was the issue. Service must of been backed up took 3 days to fix 30 minute problem. No rental car available, but was able to pick me up. No thing that disappointed me is every other dealer used to wash the vehicle after service. Miller at Rogers no wash... Not sure if I would go back for service or buy my next vehicle there. It very disappointing I had high hopes for this place.

A check engine light came on the dash in my new Silverado and a message informing me, “caution reduced acceleration drive w/caution.” This has happened to me several times w/my new truck! I bring my truck to your mechanic’s and the first time the sensor was replaced (no charge).Then it happened again a couple of weeks later so I bring it in again. I wait for 2 days for an update and a service charge of 245.00! Why am I getting charged for fees that should be covered in the warranty on my brand new truck!!!! Very frustrating w/the entire situation….

Thank you for the feedback. We understand how frustrating repeat check engine warnings can feel, so we wanted to clarify the situation. The vehicle has 47,000 miles, which places it outside the 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The first visit involved a failed engine coolant control position sensor, which was covered under the 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. The second visit showed a completely different trouble code that required a software update. Software updates are only covered while the bumper-to-bumper warranty remains active. Because the check engine light can appear for many different reasons, each visit requires a new diagnosis, and repairs not covered by warranty become the customer’s responsibility. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Your Service Department staff are always so kind. I was late for my 9:30 am oil change appointment due to accidents on Hwy 94 from the snow fall. I arrived about 20 minutes late and said that since I had requested a full service oil change and I could just have the oil changed. The Service Rep. said no worries, we will do the full service and my wait time would be an hour. I was so happy that they still accommodated me for the lateness and I didn't expect that at all. I have had my cars serviced at Miller Chevrolet in Rogers for many years and with the great customer service that I can expect there, I will always return. I also appreciate the cashiers too, they are always so kind and helpful.

I was told ahead of my appointment that it may take up to two hours to fix the evap issue. I was disappointed that after two hours of waiting, I was told they didn't have the part on hand to repair my vehicle. I live an hour away and now I have to make a second trip when the part comes in.

Miller Chevrolet had always excepted there coupons that are mailed, and gift cards to use on oil changes, was told this time cannot and I lost a $25 discount, the service manger was not friendly about the situation, and seems to not care about customers. Also I had 2 vehicles that had service at the same time, both had greasy/oil hand prints all over inside and we had to clean yourself. I will not continue to be a loyal customer.
